It's that time of year again - Free Shipping Tuesdays are being offered for one order on October 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29.
Here is what you need to do to take advantage of this offer:
- You need a Solutions for Small Business Customer account. Sign up here if you don't have one.
- Make sure to print your label (save as a PDF) off by midnight your time each Tuesday.
- If you would like to use your free shipping label at our shop, do the following:
- You must choose Expedited Parcel when you login to Canada Post Snap Ship . Pick box dimensions of: 50.8cm x 20.32cm x 20.32cm and weight of 5kg.
- Use YOUR mailing address in the TO and FROM sections.
- Browse our website and order to your heart's content, cause SHIPPING IS FREE.
- Add the following code so you don't get charged for shipping: OctoberFree when checking out.

Order Processing
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped out every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY as long as you place your order by 7pm the day before. Processing may increase to 2-4 days when we have sales, or special events.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note all our Sales items, Pre-Order Items, and Pin It Up Patterns are NON-REFUNDABLE!
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If approved for refund by Galaxy Kustoms you need to return the item to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note you will NOT receive a refund of the shipping charges paid on said order. Once the approved item(s) have been received at Galaxy Kustoms, unused and in it's original condition, you will then be contacted and a refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Please ensure item(s) are adequately packaged so they are not damaged in transit.
If by any chance Galaxy Kustoms made an error in your order, we are happy to cover the shipping of the correct product back to you. Please ensure to contact us as soon as possible so we are able to correct the mistake in a timely manner.
