Eclipse is a patent shiny vinyl.  It is a very shiny vinyl that has a sticky top which should be treated the same as glitter vinyl.

Decorator vinyl created for belts, handbags, wallets, and upholstery use with glitter face and knitted polyester backing.  

0.9 mm thickness - medium weight with a soft pliable hand 

Cleaning: mild soap and water, do NOT use alcohol based cleaners which will ruin the shiny coating. 

Using Patent Shiny Vinyl: We always recommend using a teflon foot when sewing vinyl, especially when sewing with patent or other shiny vinyl.  The smooth but sticky coating is enough to make anyone scream when sewing with it.  So save yourself and invest in a good teflon foot.  A walking foot attachment or industrial machine is another nice to have.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped out every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY as long as you place your order by 7pm the day before.  Processing may increase to 2-4 days when we have sales, or special events.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note all our Sales items, Pre-Order Items, and Pin It Up Patterns are NON-REFUNDABLE!

All returns are handled on a case by case basis.  If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.  If approved for refund by Galaxy Kustoms you need to return the item to us within 14 days of purchase.  Please note you will NOT receive a refund of the shipping charges paid on said order.  Once the approved item(s) have been received at Galaxy Kustoms, unused and in it's original condition, you will then be contacted and a refund will be issued.  The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.  Please ensure item(s) are adequately packaged so they are not damaged in transit.

If by any chance Galaxy Kustoms made an error in your order, we are happy to cover the shipping of the correct product back to you.  Please ensure to contact us as soon as possible so we are able to correct the mistake in a timely manner.

All orders are shipped from Port Burwell, Ontario and ship across Canada, United States and select International destinations.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • Expedited: ships within 2-8 days; tracked shipment; liability coverage up to $100
  • XpressPost: ships within 2-4 days; tracked shipment; liability coverage up to $100
  • Priority: ships within 2-4 days; tracked shipment; liability coverage up to $100 

United States:

  • Expedited Parcel USA: ships within 4-7 days; tracked shipment; liability coverage up to $100
  • Tracked Packet USA: ships within 4-7 days; tracked shipment; liability coverage up to $100
