Starting on February 3, 2025 we are offering optional shipping protection on all orders. Please note if you do not purchase insurance most shippers only cover $100 on tracked orders. If a package is lost, we are NOT responsible for the remaining value of your order.
To purchase insurance, go to the section named Shipping Insurance and purchase the amount corresponding to the total value of your order to ensure protection in case your order is lost.
In the event of an insurance claim, please ensure you contact us via e-mail at contact@galaxykustoms.com to inform us of your lost order. We will work with the carrier to provide them all required information to expedite the insurance claim process. However, we will not be sending replacement products, nor will we be held responsible for the amount of your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped out once a week on WEDNESDAY. Processing may increase when we have sales, or special events.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note all our Sales items, Pre-Order Items, and Pin It Up Patterns are NON-REFUNDABLE!
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. If approved for refund by Galaxy Kustoms you need to return the item to us within 14 days of purchase. Please note you will NOT receive a refund of the shipping charges paid on said order. Once the approved item(s) have been received at Galaxy Kustoms, unused and in it's original condition, you will then be contacted and a refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Please ensure item(s) are adequately packaged so they are not damaged in transit.
If by any chance Galaxy Kustoms made an error in your order, we are happy to cover the shipping of the correct product back to you. Please ensure to contact us as soon as possible so we are able to correct the mistake in a timely manner.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Port Burwell, Ontario and ship across Canada, United States and select International destinations. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

* In the case your delivery was returned due to a wrong address, please note that you will have to pay for another shipping label. Once we receive payment for the shipment we will send your order out.
